Mr. Hayden boasts a degree in Business Administration from the American Intercontinental University where he's leveraged his education to build several successful and reputable businesses. He provides leadership, team building, and directions to the staff at Harlem Nights. A native Parisian" Mr. Hayden believes in giving back to his community by hiring local staff and providing the required training to the team to ensure top-notch customer service.
Known for her visionary entrepreneur spirit, Carla Wallace-Hayden has provided leadership as the chef of Harlem Nights Soul Food Bar & Grill since its inception, with the goal of providing down-home Southern comfort food for her neighbors in Paris, Texas. With over 18 years of culinary management, Mrs. Wallace-Hayden brings her expertise to the table featuring a robust menu of food for the soul. She enjoys cooking for her customers and wants them to walk away with complete satisfaction. Mrs. Wallace-Hayden is always eager to bring new items to the menu to expand her already wholesome and hearty soulful menu. The wife of Tyrone Hayden and mother of two, Mrs. Wallace-Hayden wants all residents and visitors to stop by and taste that down-home cooking you desire!
